Greetings, younglings.

I'm an elderly member who's been absent for... quite a while, I expect most of you don't know me. But I haven't done any research into the fabled 'Kotor 3' game in months. Has there been any promising hints in recent news of this games return, or have the rest of you also given up hope?

Yes. Go into the Dark Side forums and complain about the Dark Siders and their numbers... Oh, no use crying over dead topics.

Ugh, make up your mind, you double-minded scum.

You can only 'fall' so many times before you break. You'd benefit us all worlds by just locking yourself in your little academy and double posting conversations with your other accounts so you can get your 'power level' higher.

*snorts*

I don't know much on the subject, but aren't the advertisements somehow helping to support the site, keeping it breathing?

Eh, a decent movie. 6/10. A bit awkward in the entire plot. I mean, you know the entire, "Jesus was a sidekick, Mary was the superhero" bit they added. But it was a good work of fiction anyway.

Minish Cap was tolerable, but I agree in that it wasn't the series' strongest release.

Random knowledge, I've played and beat:

Wind Waker - Gamecube
Twilight Princess - Gamecube
Ocarina of Time - N64
Majora's Mask - N64
Oracle of Ages - Gameboy Color
Oracle of Seasons - Gameboy Color
Link's Awakening - SNES
(Zelda II) Link's Adventure - NES(?)

I've played a few others, but I haven't fully beaten them.

He has much to learn of the ways of the ninja. *nods*

And on a completely unrelated note, I loath that little "replace-self-with-straw-dummy-that-isn't-realize-until-after-it's-been-torn-apart* trick you slippery wretches do.

Anyway, I have the game, but not the "Lost Chapters" expansion, and I haven't proceeded very far into the game. I'm told there's not a -huge- difference between the two anyway.

I'm a big fan of the MGS series, although I only have the first two, my first being the remake they made for Gamecube.

I... was disappointed when I saw that video for the nwest release in the series. Still, they haven't screwed up significantly, and Kojima seems to know what he's doing, so I trust him. And if we're lucky, they'll give us some gameplay as Raiden.

Or Veridian... or Orange... or Brown... he left out quite a few. I'll go with Silver.

Hmmm? A Black toned lightsaber...? Well, that brings back nostalgic memories. It would seem history has a way of repeating itself.

Make that Black. *eyeshifts*

Given, in the end, Vader dies and Luke wins and everyone has a great big happy orgy. Though all things considerd, he actually sacrificed his own life for his sons. There's a great difference between a sacrifice and a loss. If he -hadn't- made the sacrifice, Luke would be an electrified corpse and Vader would be, well, still the Dark Underlord of the Galaxy, and maybe even the new Emperor by now with his own apprentice.

Also, he has one of the greatest "Who's yo daddy? -I'm- yo daddy!" scenes ever.
-Very- subtle, Vader, enough to earn you my vote.

Yes, Indiana is the alternative Chuck Norris.

And look on the bright side, Lord Enroh; at least her mother's eligable. Last time I checked, Natalie Portman wasn't at all disappointing... better recheck.

I'll oppose that.

I'll have you know I still retain fond memories on this 'waste of time'. Besides, how many common passtimes are -not- wastes of time.

*snorts* Pitiful. Now, bare witness to the power of a -true- Dark Lord!

*ahem* Yo mama so fat, when I tried to accept her as my student, my Master looked at her and said, "I'm sorry, Tristus, but you can only accept one Apprentice at a time."

Ah, politics.

George Bush's stance on the "War in Iraq", how he reacted to it and how he's handled it so far, has been the source of his criticism for years now. Yet I actually support his decision to move into Iraq. Had he gone defensive against the terrorists would have been a fatal mistake, and that he was willing to take acton and drive the battle the them shows his determination in the face of a problem.

As for his in-country policies, well, they haven't been the most shining example. Still, as a President, I think to call him anything less than a good one, if not a great one, would be clouded judgement. Most Presidents were criticized during their office terms anyway. Once he's been booted and we have the next guy to insult, he'll be commended.

Ha ha, wishful thinking, Revan. But sometimes it takes wishful thinking as a substitute for hope. *nods*

I had actually forgotten about the original BastilaShan for a while, those were fun. And here I hardly even posted on the original forum.

I agree with TDLOTS. New leadership, -active- leadership, would be an ideal start the renew the forums, get it running again. Though I think the idea needs to spread among the members for a short time so it can sink in, before action is taken.

Hmmm, I've seen a few relatively good rsuggestions for the new title. Though I think most of these newer ones are a bit too terminating. I'd wager if they do produce it, its title will reflect something more... hopeful. Like, "Redemption", or something of the sort.

Hmmm, it's not impossible. It's going to take a few more members though, specifically new ones. We can't built a new site with old Materials like us, TDLOTS. *grin*

But I'm for the idea. And as a bonus, hell, I might just go a few months without referrencing BOTBP. I'd wager the site's population'll flourish without that cult running in its veins.

Well, I'm almost surprised to see members still joining the site. The forum's had... difficult times. Still, new members are always a good sight.

Anywho.

*inclines his head* Welcome, Kasra, to the forum. Can't wait to see your fanfic.
