What is the matter with you??? Sidious and Vader were the only Sith at the time of ROTJ and they both died. So unless you count Exar Kun who comes back (and he dies immediately anyway), there are no more Sith. Lucas won't allow it.

You never see Force Plague or Affliction used. Of course, there's no visual representation of those, like what you have for Drain Life and Heal, so perhaps the Sith use it more than I think.
