Fourteen Years Later

Carth’s and Revan’s children Asta and Corick Onsai have grown up to be 17 year old twins, not knowing the ways of the Force even though they are highly Force-Sensitive but they far too old to learn the ways of the Jedi. Asta closely resembles Revan and has Carth’s eyes. Corick has his father’s charm and looks and has his mother’s hair color. They led off from home to lead different lives for themselves and make their fortunes. With Asta working as waitress and was fired after breaking a man’s nose when he stroked her bottom and Corick working as Obisk the Hutt’s favorite muscle for collecting or ‘persuading’ everyone to pay protection fees or else and quit when he saw how awful the Hutt is, they joined together in a job that’s better: the art and business of smuggling.

When the time was right they quietly sneaked in his estate and then they stole one of Obisk’s prized ships called Force Adept and smuggling contraband. This act ticked off Obisk, that he sent all bounty hunters across the galaxy searching for them calling out a price they couldn’t refuse. Despite the change of disguises, appearances, and transponder codes of the ship, they were discovered by the ruthless bounty hunter of them all, Vulcan Skywalker, a Mandalorian exile said to go insane one day and killed his entire hunting clan.

Vulcan captures Asta and Corick and took them to Kessel to collect his bounty. It seems that he may have a soft spot for Asta and had a change of heart at the last minute after learning their fates: a life sentence mining in the dangerous caves until their deaths. Vulcan then escaped with Asta and Corick from Kessel. They are still being hunted still by scoundrels and hunters.

” I don’t get it,” Corick repeated for the third time to Vulcan, “Why did capture us then save us and request to be part of this crew?”

Vulcan bored his eyes through the slit of his helmet at Corick, “The price seemed right and I had bills to pay. I saved you because I got paid so there is no reason to let a beautiful creature die at the hands of a vile monster,”(talking about Asta)  “ I want to be part of this crew because I need a ride to the next planet you’re going to and I’m gone.”

“Alright, I still don’t have to trust you even though you did save our lives, Corick said narrowing his eyes toward Vulcan, “And throw that damned whatever it is out of the airlock,” jabbing a finger at Vulcan’s pet. The animal snapped its jaws at him.

Vulcan smiled, “Careful now not to insult my pet, he causes permanent damages. The last time someone touched him, called him a small, disgusting creature, that guy lost a nose and a leg. Isn’t that right, Myrill?” Myrill growled pleasantly in agreement.

“Okay, if you two are done being the abusive boys you are,” Asta called from the cockpit,” I’ll let you know I plotted course for Nar Shaddaa to begin what we started before we were rudely interrupted,” (glaring her eyes at Vulcan which made him shake under his armor).We be able reach there soon. For the meantime I going to the refresher, I think Obisk’s slime went through my clothes. How about you make us dinner or I’ll force myself to personally dump the two of you out the airlock while you sleep instead of fighting.”

“What would you like?” Vulcan kneeled before her.

“Anything is just fine,” Asta started walking and stopped and turned ,”Oh by the way the last time a man kneeled before me was when I worked as a waitress. The man was very drunk asking me to marry him; he crashed headfirst on the floor. Make you don’t hurt yourself!” She winked.

Vulcan was stunned beyond words, even when she’s insulting him he found could not hate her. She has the beauty of a goddess; nothing she could do to change that. It only made him desire her even more. This woman has more spunk than a street urchin. Someday I’ll make you my woman and bear my children. He promised to himself.

If cooking in the kitchen wasn’t bad enough, how about with a Mandalorian exile who knew far more than you do? Vulcan was ordering Corick on everything to make dinner perfect.

“Vulcan, are doing this just to impress my sister? Corick asked.

“Well, um, yes I am,” Vulcan said,” I just want her to accept me because I have fallen for Her Highness.”

“Look, her name isn’t Her Highness, or Milady, or Mistress. Her name is just Asta Onsai, my twin sister.”

“Asta Onsai,” Vulcan repeated over and over again.

When Asta came back from the refresher clad in a sleeveless shirt with jacket with pants dress with travel boots and gloves. Her hair was tied up and dyed blue. She sat at the table and started to take a bite of the food.

This is delicious I didn’t even know Mandalorian and Corick could cook at all. Usually I’m the one who does all the cooking, piloting, and repairing, while Corick flirts with women and plays Pazaak, Asta thought. Then Corick elbowed Vulcan in the ribs and he nodded.

“Asta, I must admit something to you I cannot leave alone you alone in the galaxy. I feel the need to protect you, the woman I care about. So I’ll be staying with you for now,” Vulcan blurted out,” I pledge myself to you so I’ll take off this helmet.”

Asta was amazed at what she saw, Vulcan looked like a handsome, attractive man still in his early-twenties; he doesn’t appear the person who could’ve killed his hunting clan in the holo vids.
