1: There should be a cut sceen and it shows you what happens after you leave the room.
2: The reason that the jedi masters do not strip you of your powers is that you have fallen so far on Malachor V that you were no longer able to use the force.
3: It was Sion but only be the orders of Kreia because they still had a connection with each other.

Hi Dark Jester, thanks for taking time to answer questions. Your answer shed some light, though also raise some questions. Why did Kreia want Sion to send siths against her and the exile? Didnt she was betrayed by Sion once in the begining?

That is true but in the end when you fight Sion you find out that him and Kreia are back together. It is a smart move by Kreia because she hide in plain site just like the Emperor did in the Episodes 1,2,3.
