well, it wasn't really his fault completely, but pretty funny anyways. He made a speech from the teleprompter, then the Irish Prime Minister got up to give a speech. 20 seconds into it, he realized that the teleprompter was giving him the speech Obama had just delivered. So he turned and said "This is your speech", and Obama kinda laughed at it and walked to the podium and started talking. But while he was walking up, the teleprompter tech switched speeches. So he delivered the Prime Minister's speech. in face, he ended up thanking himself for throughing the party, cause that was on the teleprompter.

They say that George W wasn't a great speaker, and he wasn't real dynamic; but I have a hard time listening to Obama, he's just real herky jerky and seems like he has trouble with getting some of his words out.

i dunno. he doesn't stammer, but he sounds like a robot sometimes, with long pauses between words like he's having trouble processing them.
