1: No jumping from the rank of private to Gerneral without gaining the other ranks first.
2: No weapons that could kill everybody at one time (exp. A rifle that shoots a beam that levels building, exp. The rifle off gears of war called the hammer of dawn)
That is all the rules I can think of.
I pick the name of Thor and I will have the rank of Sargent.
