I have played as a man many times on both the dark and light side and I have never talked to Carth or Bastila on Telos. Where on Telos are they at?

after you escape, lieutenant grenn says carth wants to speak with you. there's a cut scene and you automatically talk with him.

It may have been a longer sence but when they started to cut things out of the game they may have cut that sence down to save time.

It would have been a lot better if they did not start cutting things from the game but people wanted the game out on a this day and the deadline was drawing near so that is why they started cutting things out of the game.
