Your actions confuse me as they have no meaning.
Sure... you're the one to talk.

"action without meaning is consequential"
It has a meaning.

how do you even know i was talking about you? i merely quoted a wise man's words.
Eh, my bad.
"Let others write of battles fought,
Of bloody, ghastly fields;
Where honor greets the man who wins,
And death the man who yields."

1) Suffering is constant throughout our lives. Birth is suffering, aging is suffering, illness's are suffering and death is suffering
2) Suffering is caused by desire. Craving for existence, Craving for pleasure, Craving for life
3) Suffering is impermanent like everything. We can end suffering in our lives.
4) The way to stop suffering within yourself is through the noble eightfold path
My religion rocks!
What's with the randomness???? Please stop quoting others and make some quotes by yourself.
"Every sad piece ends with a tierce de picardie"
- Vilxan
"War is sweet to those who have not experienced it"
- Aristotle
"Wow! Brazil is big!"
- G. W. Bush after talking with the Brazilian Prime Minister
"War is delitfull to those who had no experience of it."
I heard that version.
"Let others write of battles fought,
Of bloody, ghastly fields;
Where honor greets the man who wins,
And death the man who yields."
Continuing:
But I will write of him who fights,
And vanquishes his sins;
Who struggles on through weary years,
Against himself and wins.

looks like we have some philosiphers here.
"Let others write of battles fought,
Of bloody, ghastly fields;
Where honor greets the man who wins,
And death the man who yields."But I will write of him who fights,
And vanquishes his sins;
Who struggles on through weary years,
Against himself and wins.
Yeap.
He is a hero stanch and brave,
Who fights an unseen foe;
And puts at last beneath his feet,
His passion base and low.

My dad's a philosopher and PHD in Latin and Greek, so there
PHD - What does it means? :blink:
It means that you're one of the smartest people in the world. My mom has also got one.
however,
they both say it was a total waste of time and hasn't helped their life in any way.
Also, you get to be called doctor if you have a PHD even though you're not the medical type.
Ohh... At least I know what it means now.
My dad's a philosopher and PHD in Latin and Greek, so there
PHD-Philosopher's degree, not nessasarily tone of the most smartest people in the world, my dad has one in Mathematics and Genetics. It's not a waste of time because the career opportunities are great, it usually takes 4 years to complete.
