I would have to say... Revan.
How is Traya a fallen Jedi though? And Sion...

Crappy isn't the word I would use, though admittedly it isn't very... varied. In any case, I would say that Revan would be the most remarkable out of all of the fallen Jedi, and that he showed the most prowess.

Although. I think that Revan is the best choice here. One, we don't actually know if he fell for the dark side. Darth Traya had said that he was just posing as a dark lord. Two, the reasons for him doing what he did are unknown and, therefore, the most intriguing.

I liked as a Sith Lord. I agree with Yojimbo about revan maybe not falling entirely to the dark side, but as a sith, Revan was the best as he was the wisest.

That is, the wisest of those included on the list. I still think some of the ancient Sith Lords were wiser than him, and undoubtedly more powerful.
