I'm... well... quitting the military.
Early retirement? xD
Okay, bad joke probably. May I ask why are you quitting?
Haha, found this today, thought you guys might enjoy it... (especially Starr)

It's just... not what it used to be.

lol Good ole Marines. I'm gonna miss 'em. But once a Marine, always a Marine.
You can Starr out of the military but you can not take the military out of Starr.
True that.
How many years have you put in the Marines?
That is a strange sentence Jester xD
I fixed and thanks for catching that George.
4. I'm set to resign for another 4 or so years in August if I chose to but I'm turning them down and getting out.
I fixed and thanks for catching that George.
It was of no problem, Jest
I never imagined Starr would get out of the military. But Starr, what did you mean when you said that the military is not what it used to be?

What are you going to do when you resign?
You can Starr out of the military but you can not take the military out of Starr.
Haha, yep!
I have noticed that I type too fast some times and tend to leave words out.

It's not just only the military. This country... it is not the America I swore to protect... and I will not protect a monster. I want out before my superiors begin to tell me that my service is to the United States government and not its people. I want out before the day dawns in which I may have to turn my rifle against my countrymen under the false pretense that I swore to protect this nation against all threats, both foreign... and domestic.
It may or may not happen in my lifetime, but the day is coming.
What are you going to do when you resign?
Go to college more than likely. Something everyday and ordinary finally.

I know how you feel Starr, because that's what is happening in my country also. Government working against its own people, and they call it Democracy. Sometimes I just hate this world.
Starr is becoming a college girl? (somehow that sounds naughty, now sure why though
)
I know that line from SW E:III about liberty dying to applause was kinda cheesy, but it can be true. Our representatives are cheering as our freedom is stripped away.

I agree.

I'll be the life of the campus. I assure you. XD

As long as they get their paycheck they don't give a damn what this country becomes.

Ou, I believe you

Exactly.

Money changes everyone's morals.
