I officially was cast as an extra for this movie, and went to a costume fitting today. Very cool! They start filming next week. I'll be a District 12 citizen. Hopefully get some cool shots, we'll see.
The film is set to come out next March
District 12, Is that the sequal to District 9?
No it's based on the Suzanne Collins book "The Hunger Games"
Okay, That sounds pretty cool LSM and sorry about the long time that I have not been on I just got back from a vacation with Amy. We went to Rome, Italy for a week and stopped back at her parents house in Paris, France to visit with them.
It's all good. 
The filming was totally cool. Got to be on set with Liam Hemingsworth, Josh Hutchenson, and Jennifer Lawrence. Pretty sure there were some close-ups with me in them. It was really hot filming, but worth it.
That is awesome and I will have to watch it to see if I can see you in it.

If you haven't read the book, there are still 4 1/2 months before the movie comes out. It will be Epic!!!!!!!!!!
(I wasn't in any of these shots, but I was on set for some of those scenes in the towns square)
Gonna be a great movie, i will be looking for the strapping young jedi in the extras 
Haha, I actually did find my shirt in one of the shots...Lol grasping at straws I know.

So the Hunger Games came out this weekend and blew everything else out of the water...in ticket sales at least. I thought it was a good movie; not the best, and not as good as it could have been, but good. There was too much shaky cam tho. And some of the acting was a little lame (especially Rue in her final scene). But I'd recommend it to people still. I did see myself at the very end standing behind Gale, so that was cool. And one of the locations where they shot was at a waterfall where I go hiking a lot.
This movie seems to me to be a mix of the Running Man and The Lottery but I am still fuzzy on what they are fighting for?
Thats what I said to my mother this weekend it reminded me of the Lottery
