He may not really be a real father but I think it was darth plaeigus because he was able to create things out of midi-chlorians and in ep.1 it states that anakin was had more midi-chlorians than anything they had ever seen. 
Interesting theory actually. That would make a lot of sense, as to why Darth Sidious was also so attached to Annakin.

Well, if Plageus (can't spell his name) was killed by Darth Sidious was he was younger, that must have been at least 60 years before Annakin was even there, unless Darth Sidious killed him sometime just before episode 1.
I don't know. But in the movie the Jedi say that Sith were exterminated 1000 years ago. Like I said. I don't know....

It is altogether possible. This is the force after all. I like the idea.
Im pretty sure that he had no father , If you rellly look at the movies you'll realize that both side are working against the force, which has a mind of its own. He was created to bring balance to the force. If you really think about it, Neither side can win the conflict as we've seen in KOTOR all the way down to the phantom menace(if that how you spell it 
). The sith mopped the florr with the republic in KOTOR 1 and 2, then about 2 thousand years later The REPUBLIC wipped out the sith almost entirely. In short its an eternal conflict. WOW I got WAY off topic. 
I think that Darth Sidious is Anakin's father because as soon as Darth Sidious meets Anakin he has looked out for him and moded him to become his apprentice. That is way it took so long for Darth Vader to kill Darth Sidious because it came down to either watch his son (Luke) die or kill his father (Sidious). That is what I think because this way it makes a complete circle and it makes the most sence to me.
yeah i think so to darth sidios probly just made him though and someho it ended in ankins mom
