Revan walks up the ramp of the Downfall as it begins to close. So many things had changed. She sighs.

Kreia had warned her; warned her that the Jedi were not all that they seemed, warned her that the Jedi would not be enough this time... and that she would, in fact, have to become something entirely different to save her beloved Republic.

Revan walks into the cockpit and looks at the galaxy map. The Republic would not fall as long as she could help it. And she would not allow the Jedi to get in her way.

It was time for that change, time for that new beginning...

...Kote Te't, Mandalorian Armada; near the Republic planet of Serroco...

Mandalore moves towards Cassus. "In all your years of war, I would have susected that you would have learned never to underestimate the enemy, Cassus. Even the gemas, when cornered by danger, becomes a fierce opponent... and it will fight for its life."

He places his hand on the Mandalorian's shoulder. "The Republic may not have the best of warriors within its ranks... and they may even be cowards at points, but they have heart that could match any Mandalorians. Do you know why, Cassus?"

Mandalore pauses for a moment and pulls away from Cassus, walking back to his normal position. He continues before Cassus can answer. "It is because they have her, Cassus! Their hero!

He smiles underneath his helmet and chuckles slightly. "But she is a ghost who conquers and then vanishes while our forces never stop pressing forward. Eventually she will have to be more than their hero."

He turns to Cassus once more. "And then, only then, Cassus, will we have the war we are looking for."

Gemas- A medium-sized herbivore native to the Mandalorian planet Kerest. A relatively calm and gentle beast known for its powerful hormones. When threatened the gemas' system would release a number of hormones that served as stimulants to the animal. The gemas would attack by jumping around, ususally on its attackers head and crunching down on the skull with its powerful jaws.
