i tried doing the manaan planet twice and it always stops at the sith base or embassy at the door leading to training room because it's locked end there is no way to unlock it on any console or computer.
Does anyone have experience with this particular problem?
Which particular door do you mean? Literally the one to the training room? Because I never had issues with that one, took me a while to figure out a couple of the others.
However, something I've just found when I looked up the map of the Manaan Sith Base (been a while since I played & wanted to refresh my memory), it implies/suggests you can't get past that door if you haven't received a specific quest and you have to go back out the way you came in...

yes, the one to the training room at the top of the map.
I managed to save myself at the trial so I guess all is fine

You have to talk to the Selkath on Manaan in the bar across from the courts and he will ask you to look for the young Selkath that have went missing. This is the quest you get before you enter the Sith Embassy. With that quest you will be able to fallow the young Selkath into the locked room that you can not get into unless you have taken this quest. I hope that this helps you understand why you were unable to enter the room.

Yeah that is one planet I hate going to but I wish you have a transport vehicle.

Maybe having a lightsaber crystal cave that the only way to it is diving down in the ocean and having to fight some type of mad Selkath that has been corrupted by the Force crystals.
