Calm down man, I have heard that song but it has been a long time so I forgot damn.
On the other hand LSM, Skillet's song Monster is one of the best songs for the Sith and is the music mostly played with the old republic game that you see on youtube.

I didn't actually know the name for the song "Requiem for a Dream" either, but as soon as I heard the beginning I recognized it. Anyways, yeah Jest that's cause Monster is just such an awesome song and has a lot of energy and edge to it.
I think Red's song "Fight Inside" would make an awesome theme song for Anakin/Jacen Solo/Revan, and any other SW character that started as a Jedi and became a Sith.

He writes some epic orchestra music. There are a lot of rock/metal songs that work well too, tho.

OMG I love Red! ^_^ I like their song Break Me Down too. Oh and well... I don't really have any Sith or Jedi themes I don't think. I've got to delve into my music collection. 
I do have what I think to be the perfect theme song for Malak. I always imagined him and fem!Revan being in love. But then Revan ends up falling to the lure of the darkside and just kinda pulls Malak along because he is willing to give up everything for her.
Yet after she falls to the darkside Revan no longer loves him but is merely using him for her own personal gain. And she ends up making him fall to the darkside when she almost kills him. Kinda makes ya feel sorry for him doesn't it?

lol Believe it or not I had the last two songs I've listed as character theme songs for the New Beginning RPG. And Skillet's Monster which LSM listed is on my list as well for one of the characters. ^_^ It helps my creative process when I listen to music and write at the same time. I can really get into it. 
Theme song for a Sith apprentice planning to betray his master or perhaps a Sith master planning revenge on the apprentice who betrayed him/her: Breaking Benjamin - Had Enough
