Anyways, anybody going to watch it? My mom is a fan of the series, I thought it was cheesy. I'm only interested in it is because no good movies are coming out any time soon.

Star Trek had some interesting stuff. I never really watched the original one, but I've seen some episodes from Next Gen and one of the movies. Some of them were pretty good. B)
I have seen trailers of the new Star Trek and it looks pretty cool and the only star trek that I hated was the very first one that came out in the 70's.

Eh, Enterprise had the potential to be really good, I can't help but think they blew it in numerous places though, or maybe that's because all I remember is the cop-out ending because it got cancelled.
Also, back to the topic of the new film, it was good, but was I the only one who got annoyed about them changing the timelines?
Also, isn't there a second one due out soon?
I agree with you on what you said about Star Trek Enterprise but to be for me I liked Star Trek Deep Space Nine because they got out of the box when making that show.
Also, Star Trek 2 should be coming out soon because I have seen a few pre-veiws of it.
I agree with you on the new Star Trek film because when they started changing the timelines I was WTF. But on another note they had a Kirk that I liked because William Shatner is the worst actor of all time.
