Just kindof a random question, but what was the first Star Wars video game you ever played?
And of the ones that you've played since then, rpgs, first person shooter, action, strategy, flight sim, etc., what one is your favorite? (Note: not which one do you think has the best graphics, but which one can you play over and over and over again without getting sick of it?)
The first SW game I've ever played - that I can remember - would have to be Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire. The game was pretty fun (when I was younger) but is a hassle, and get's boring after 10 minutes to me. And the funnest sw game (one I don't really get bored of) would have to be: KOTOR 1,2 ; SW: Jedi Knight Jedi Academy and Jedi Knight II. 
The Jedi Academy was also one of my favorites. It didn't have as many options in the story line as the rpgs do, but it was really fun to hack your way through storm troopers and Sith. haha, i remember this one part in the game where I fired a missile at a Sith, and he force pushed it back at me. He and I pushed this thing back and forth for like two minutes straight! hilarious! I think i finally had to jump out of the way to continue the game
im not sure if it was republic commando or kotOR.
I enjoyed Commando up until the end. The end was sick and twisted, as I said.
Anybody remember the old, old Return of the Jedi game for Nintendo Gameboy?
Gosh I think the first one I've ever played was that pod racer one on the n64. Good times. And I ended up playing kotor II before kotor because I read it in a magazine one day and I thought I would try it, but I hated it at first because I couldn't figure out how to equip my weapon to bash the door, :blink:

Racer was a good game. love how you could work on you pod to make it super awesome!
Are the Jedi Knight (Jedi Academy, etc.) ones worth playing?
I've played Academy and it's pretty good. It's an action game, but you can still choose things like force powers, dark vs. light, sabers and combat styles. I like the story of Academy, but fighting with a lightsaber was a little awkward to get used to. But overall I remember it being a good game.
I tried Jedi Outcast and it didn't seem as good. I never finished it, but it just got boring really fast.
Ok Thanks because I need to branch out and find some new (or old) games

Jedi Outcast II and Academy are my favs for action.
They are good. Commando and Battlefront are good too.
Did anyone play the Galactic Battleground games based on the Age of Empires II engine? Those things were kinda cool.
Oh, yeah, I'm still playing Galactic Battlegrounds.

I like the battle front games.
I have Battlefront I. I haven't played II yet. I really enjoyed the first one tho. I liked playing as a sniper on the Bespin levels.

Dude, you can just slaughter the other team doin that on the platforms level. And on the Tatooine streets level, I have to carry the weight of the whole mission or the team just falls apart. haha, it's tough for them........
