Vista Save And Load Issues (among Others) (Page 1 of 3)

Okay, Vista sucks when it comes to play games because it was really made for office workers. Yet see, If the patch did not work you may not have the amount of memory on your computer to play the game. Try going on your computer and clean out your memory of stuff you never use such as junk files and so on. Then reload you game and try it again but if that dose not work you could delete the whole game from your computer and restall the game again. That is all I know that you could do and I hope that I have helped you out and I am sorry that I could not be of anymore help.

Hello again. Sorry, but I have one last question to ask.

When I attempt to begin a new game, the screen is entirely black. On the Ebon Hawk, I am able to hear audio just fine, and when I hit escape, I am brought to the menu system, which functions properly. I can load savegames from my other character without incident, too. I think it may be an issue with missing files in the game. If anybody has time aid me in this battle between me and Windows Vista, I would really appreciate it. Thank you once again for your time.

First off I told you that Vista sucks when it comes to trying to play games. To your question, All I can think off is that you could have deleted something that looked like it was not important but was needed to play the game. Their is a tombstone command that you can type in your computer to find deleted files (only if it has not been over a month). If you can't find the deleted files then I guess that you will have to take it to a computer shop to see if they can help you. That is all I know that could help you with this and I hope that it helps.

You can try to re-install the game but you need to make sure that you delete the whole game first. Then re-install it and take your time when doing so, That way you will not miss anything. If you ever have another problem just ask because I do not mind helping someone who needs help. I hope that this works and I will try to think of anything else that may help you and post it.

I think that was your problem when you used windows to try to upload the game again. Try it without using windows and is if that works and I will try to think of something else that may help you.

get an xbox, get the xbox version. that'll solve all your problems.
