Firstly, I'm quite capable to tell fiction from reality, and shudder to think that such a respectable member such as yourself would revert to insults whtn he disagrees with a person's suggestion.

Secondly, I'd like to bring up that the idea of clans isn't just for role playing and the like. As I mention in my first topic, each clan would form its own prupose, whether it be a clan or cult of role players, or a debate team. Clans wouldn't just be a way to RP aginst another, it would become a small community. It would also be entirely formable, so it could become anything. If a member doesn't want to role play, then the rest of us will respect that.

Thirdly, so far every member had been perfectly fine with the idea of Clans and Cults, even if they -are- a bunch of "roleplay crap", exluding yourself. And like I said, roleplaying doesn't have to the be only purpose of Cults, and we won't inforce our will on others. If a member doesn't want to roleplay, that's perfectly fine. If a member doesn't even want to be in a clan, that's just as fine.

Let each member decide for themselves if they do or don't want to be in a clan. It doesn't mean they have to oppose the idea entirely.

Or maybe just

"Why"

That can answer to most things. Come to think of it. Is there no place where 'Why' can't be used?

Actually, Icame up with a comeback for "Why?" WHen someone ask "Why?", the you say, "I dunno, why?" The only way to kill a question is with another question.

Sure, I'll play. This could turn out interesting...

Name: Azalray Al'tammer

Gender: Male.

Age: Twenty-one.

Alliance: Light Side.

Weapon(s): Two blue lightsabers.

Appearance: A tall, light-skinned young man. Has long, red/orange hair that stops right above his shoulders. Uncommon for most Jedi, he wears dark blue jeans, a light blue long-sleeved shirt, a black zip-up jacket, along with brown boots.  He also wears a single, gray shoulderpad on his right shoulder, and has black, fingerless gloves. One of his eyes is blue, while the other is green, but always wears an eyepatch on one or the other. (He changes sides when he gets bored.)

Background: His master's master was a student of Kyle Katarn, and Kyle's rebelious personality has reflected from master to student all the way down to Azalray, even down to the style of clothing. He is often away with his master, Master Sands, on missions and such. Often tends to have a rebelious attitude, but is also quite mature and strong for his age. Once, he fell to the Dark Side because of a mistake made by another Jedi Master, costing the life of his lover, and he nearly killed his own master out of rage. However, he was able to regain himself and returned to the light side, and now he often warns the novices of the lure of the Dark Side.

Species: Human.

Ship: The Crow's Talon. (named after Kyle's ship)

Class: Jedi Knight, though on several occasions has manage to win a duel with a master.

*growls* Take that back, before I take away your 'Sith-hood' and make you become 'Neutral' like Matar. *grins*

It was never my intention for what happened last time to occur. I'm not against Dark Lord for being reluctant, but, this is why each cult would follow base rules set by the administrator. Also, I hope for more than one cult to form, so that they can help balance power, rather than one cult being supreme. I'm not the tyrant that N******s was. My only intention when starting the Brotherhood with N******s was to bring glory to the Sith, and to unite them, though it ended up bringing the opposite.  But, if more than one Cult is formed, I think that can be prevented.

In the end, the administrator's final word is law, and I'll respect that.

A Pirate walks into a bar with a sterring wheel on his crotch. The bartender is quite confused, as asks, "Sir, do you realize there's a steering wheel attatched to your crotch?" The Pirate nods and says, "Argh, it's drivin' me nuts."

Though I'm curious as to why Matar is helping us out wit Sith business, I agree with the advice given. And, if knowledge 8must8 be posted, do it on a different topic, as not to clutter up this one.

Now, as to the Princess' question, we could, but... in my own opinion, it would be very slipshod. Revan isn't on enough to tend to administrative responsibilities, so is would be good to have two people under him to govern both factions of the force users. One for the Sith, and one fo the Jedi. The Supreme LEader of te Sith's title would be, by principle, the Dark Lord of the Sith. As for the Jedi, let them choose what they want to call their master. I could care less. Main point being, as soon as the Sith have a leader, then we could begin our everyday activities... Hell, we could even begin them as soon as we have clans.

-OR-, maybe you can take that last post you made, and cram it right up your light-side loving, merciful, Jedi keester.

*wince* Alright Star Warrior. Before, I had nothing against you, just all Jedi in general. But now, it's personal.

Well, glad to see there's -some- resistance from the old site. If not, I'm afraid things would be too easy for us Sith.

Well, I could easily say the same for the Jedi, but I'll keep quiet. Anyway, this could be a discussion to have just as soon as rights for clans is given.

He supposedly got five hundred of his posts from BS carried tot his site. Plus, with double posting and one-word posts, it's not hard... *groans*

*wince* My Dear Lord Summers, if I may abbreviate your name to that... as much as I appreciate you sharing your wisdom with us, I would suggest posting smaller sections at a time, letting the students digest the information, and rather than posting several times after yourself, edit a posts and add onto it later.

As a side note, it might have also been a good idea to post an entirely new topic for sharing your alleged lesson. Remember that next time.

I'm glad to see other members are sharing my confidence in the possibilities of clans. And, what you say is true. Which is why, like I stated in my first post, all laws or rules developed by any clan or cult would corresponde to concrete, base laws laid down by Revan.

Alright, that answers one question. Still, it seems rather... unstable. Especially since Revan claims to be on the light side...
