And persuade helps with a lot of other things too. If you're not careful Dominate Mind can give you dark side points (unless that's what you want).

Persuade can be useful by helping you get Juhani to join your party (light side); Solving Sunry's murder case on Mannan; helping Canderous and that Mandalorian solve their problems on Tatoonie; getting Lashowe to invite you to help her get a Sith artifact; and much, much more.

Speaking of the Mandalorians, I've read somewhere that in KotOR, there is at least one Mandalorian Neo-Crusader (like Bendak Starkiller) on every planet, but I can't remember where I read it...

How do you post images, anyway?

Sure I know his job is to kill but he shouldn't enjoy it this much.  Does he need to see a psychorist and are their psychorists for robots? Maybe his mom didn't love him when he was a just a little screw driver big_smile.

"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope. Statement: This definition, I am told, is subject to interpretation. Obviously, love is a matter of odds. Not many meatbags could make such a shot, and fewer would derive love from it. Yet for me, love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticle, and together, achieving a singular purpose, against statistically long odds."

I think the reason people get a little aggrivated with Manaan is that it has alot of what I Affectionately call "Step and Fetch" missions. When you first play through the game some of that stuff really requires patience and having to use your noodle. But when you are *re*-playing the game, you already know the answers to the puzzles, so it's kind of a matter of muddling through them and getting to the next cool plot development, or saber slash mission. (if that's yer preference).

Personally, I like it as it's a nice change of pace, and it kind of lets you catch your breath before getting to the heavy stuff like the Leviathan section of the game.

Leviathan's heavy, but pales in comparison to the Star Forge. I was exploring the Star Forge when suddenly a Sith Trooper would attack me, many reinforcements would approach and I find myself fighting off an entire wave of Sith Troopers, Sith Heavy Troopers, Sith Advanced Troopers, Dark Jedi and Sith Apprentices!

Once I even had to fight off 4 Dark Jedi all by myself! Well, that was a close shave.

That would be a waste, wouldn't it? The Rebel Alliance would only expand.

Nihilus: Even if you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can imagine!!!

Though but the Dark Lord's apprentice, at one point under Darth Revan's tutelage, Darth Malak's entire jaw was removed by a lightsaber strike from Revan himself.

Well, most of it...

(Nihilus gets up and ignites his lightsaber and brings it down on the wounded Naga.)

Naga: Noooo!!!
