Yeah, that's a good call. I always do that with the game counsels.

"
According to insider sources, EA is working on a new entry in the KOTOR series that blends elements from the first two games into new Star Wars canon.

This game is likely going to feature several key scenes and characters from the first two KOTOR games, including reimaginings of key parts of both games.

If released, this game would likely tie-in with other Project Luminous stories, including rumored upcoming movies."

It just seemed to be a storybook, every one of the movies was predictable and cheesy.

Yeah I thought they got sloppy. I would have loved if rey fell.

I hated it more, due to the expectations I had for it. The last jedi was bad, and everyone knew it... they knew they had to peform and they royally screwed up again.

(yes, you are allowed spoilers!)

I literally saw it in the movie and was like...

"Those sons of bitches....."

Yes EA will butcher it for sure. But alas.... we will both still purchase the game if it ever comes to fruition.

(Haha thanks for the understanding! They went very well, thank you! In my last semester so I'm in the home stretch. )

"My other source added to that saying they felt it wasn’t so much a remake, but a ‘sequel’ of sorts,” Maison writes. “It would be a Knights of the Old Republic project that would integrate elements from the first two games in order to bring certain things into the current Star Wars canon.”

I honestly don't know what to make of this. Im very excited, but I don't want a remake or edit of the games to bring it into the current star wars cannon

( I thought they tried to integrate the star forge by creating the planet of edrigol on the movies, which pisses me off.

The movie was god awful. I truly have never so disappointed in a film. It has me worrying that they will botch the KOTOR movie series. It was painfully cliche, and pandered to a storybook ending.

History has made cautious of this trilogy, but the review and the trailers for te new movie have been spectatular.

This is from Richard Grant ( a great actor ) and the role Allegiant General Pryde, a high-ranking general in the First Order. Granted He's biased, since he's in the movie but his reaction to the screening was epic. I know you have all seen the 2 min trailer for the movie so I wont both but damn.

Yes thank you for showing me that. Posted those from my phone and didnt realize what thread they were in

"For those who don’t know, this particular corner of the franchise is set thousands of years before the Skywalker saga, allowing it to be free from continuity and giving the writers scope to break new ground. But we’ve heard from our sources – the same ones who told us Ewan McGregor was returning as Obi-Wan back in May – that there’s one element of the film that fans may be pleased to learn about, as the villain of the movie is said to be Darth Malak.

That name might not mean a huge amount to a general audience, but old school RPG fans will be pumping their fists right now. You see, Darth Malak is the villain of the 2003 Bioware game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. He’s a Sith obsessed with getting hold of the Star Forge, an ancient space station capable of mass-producing a fleet in minutes. With this, Malak intends to rule the galaxy."

"Specifically, we’re told that one of the antagonists in the Knights of the Old Republic movie will be Darth Nihilus. If that name doesn’t ring a bell, the self-described “Lord of Hunger” was first introduced in the 2004 game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, and was depicted as a malevolent, inhuman force that drained the life of anything he came into contact with.

Of course, should Lucasfilm indeed choose to include Nihilus, then you can bet he won’t be the only character from the games to make the cut, and we’ve already heard word of at least one other villain who’s being eyed for the Knights of the Old Republic movie as well. We can hopefully expect a few more updates in the coming months, but either way, we’ll find out how J.J. Abrams brings the franchise’s current era to a close when Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters on December 20th."
