First, a simple way get a general area is to find the user&#39;s local time on their profile. B)

Well, he&#39;s Mexican, so that&#39;s part of it (if that needs clarification for racial reasons, i can explain later). And he&#39;s one of the craziest guys on the crew, so............it took him probably two months to stop. lol
