Not sure. i'll probably trim it down to just the essentials and then build a script from that, then draw the script like a story board for a movie. so who knows, it looks like a pretty massive project right now tho.

yeah. beam length would be a huge factor, and unless you were trying to cut through metal or something it would be really an outdated method of fighting.
