They say that George W wasn't a great speaker, and he wasn't real dynamic; but I have a hard time listening to Obama, he's just real herky jerky and seems like he has trouble with getting some of his words out.

The lightwhip would be a cool addition to the next Jedi game, whatever it is (KOTOR III, Force Unleashed 2, Jedi Knight, etc.) I think it would be cool to use that weapon since it's in some of the comics. and Black crystals should be available in every game from now on! B)

Re: Best Film (169 replies, posted in Star Wars Universe)
if they could redo the three new movies for Star Wars, what are somethings that would change?
the first thing i'd do is cut Jar-Jar's character. and rewrite some script parts. Obi-Wan's attempts at humor in the first one especially were like "Hmmmm..........oh, he was trying to be funny.....yeah........."

Commander: Sir, another team member boarded the ship just before we left. He is waiting for you in the loading bay.
*Daan and Visas go into the bay.*
Daan: Eliik Kelnerius! it would seem that this battle is bringing all of the Jedi outcasts out of the woodwork. First Master Skai and now you. It's good to have you aboard.
Visas: You know this person?
Daan: *to Visas* Of course! Eliik was a weapons student for the brief time that I taught at the Academy many years ago. He left the Order, but he is still a good friend.
Daan: *to Eliik* They told you, I suppose, of the mission we are on? The Mandalorian remnant is gathering near Kamino and are preparing to assassinate Revan and the Exile, and then overthrow the Jedi themselves. We have to stop them, but we also hope that the Mandalorians may give us a clue as to where the Exile and Revan disappear to.

Master Vandar: The Sith are close, but they are cloaking their presence with the darkside, I can't findout exactly where they are. It's a trap, sabers out all!
((Meanwhile))
Master Yi'shar: Carth, the Sith are waiting for us to make the first move before springing their trap.
Carth: *shrugs* Ok, let's not keep them waiting!
*pulls out a thermal det and rolls it into a doorway. it explodes in a shower of debris, and two younglings are seen hiding in the corner of a room*
*Yi'shar force jumps to the children*
Yi'shar: It's alright, I'm here to help you. Carth, watch the hall.
((Meanwhile))
*Daan returns to the base of the mountain and boards the ship back to the Jedi Temple*
Daan: I feel that the Jedi Hovoth has survived! Excellent. he will be a strong ally against the dark Jedi.

cool Starr. can't leave all the twists up to you! lol. since Xvan is working for the council, we oughta bring the characters into contact so Daan can discover this.
----------------------------------------------------------------
*Daan and Jasen leave the bridge*
Jasen: Where now?
Daan: The engine housing.
Jasen: There's no way to get off the ship from there!
Daan: Just give me some time, soldier. I know what I'm doing. *grins*
Jasen: How do you know so much about these, .....what'd you call them.....Kovasn?
Daan: it's a long story. i met them once on a planetary moon in the outter rim. those weren't as strong as these, tho. more recently, the Jedi council has been in contact with two Kovasn tho. they believed that the Kovasn could be turned to work agains the Mandalorians. But one of them betrayed the Jedi, and two of my close friends were killed as a result. I don't know about the other one, but his presence on this ship would seem to indicate that he too has played the role of double agent.
((Meanwhile))
Alek: Revan, I think that Atrian should go to find the Jedi Nur-Jii Daan. He is still on the ship with the Republic soldier, but he seems to be wondering aimlessly.
