Yeah, I get that. I was a lot more prolific with my writing before uni.

I have so many scenes or chapters half written for different stories started because I write them to get them out of my head.

You only just noticed that? You've been a weapons master for at least a few days now.

Edit: I'm aware you massively just changed the subject.  tongue

Yeah... I don't think I finished most.

The primeval/NCIS one took almost ten years start to finish, but that might have had something to do with uni and then work and apparently I became a real adult and had stuff to do.

The ME/Thunderbirds is the latest one, and is ongoing, and eventually I will get around to finishing either the 3rd instalment or the 2nd chapter of the 1st. ...It started out as a one-shot idea based on like five seconds of a scene in TAG and a cutscene in ME3 and... evolved.

I forgot about the Primeval/Dragon Age one... but I can't remember if that was an actual idea or just some crazy dream I had.

So no reason for even that?

Most of these were just for my own self amusement, but I think I ended up with;
Mass effect/Thunderbirds
Primeval/NCIS
Primeval/Law & Order SVU
Harry Potter/Thunderbirds
Bull/Law & Order SVU

And a long time ago there was a Matrix does HIGNFY and Matrix does Scrapheap challenge, but I don't think those technically count as crossovers.

Those were the ones that actually had something written down for them, I remember considering a Dr Who/Primeval at one point.

And now I have just realised the potential for a Matrix/Thunderbirds cross. Aw crap.

Tbf mine is mostly just based on my enjoyment, and then trying to vaguely explain why films that ranks very similar were then ordered in a specific way.

I assumed you suggested ranking them to spark a discussion.

That would explain my penchant for crazy crossover fics...

"I am a biotic god, fear me lesser creatures!"

I wish I could explain the way my brain linked things together, but I really can't.

The skywalker saga, yeah.

1. Return of the Jedi
2. Force Awakens
3. Empire Strikes Back
4. Rise of Skywalker
5. Revenge of the Sith
6. A New Hope
7. Phantom Menace
8. Last Jedi
9. Attack of the Clones

I ranked Force Awakens lower because it's basically a copy of New Hope and I think it suffered for it. New Hope might not have been as ambitious in terms of special effects, but it felt new and it set the whole saga up.

And Revenge of the Sith had it's better moments, but the whole Padme's ending thing was so bad... And I can't even hear the name without thinking of the "ooh bar" robot with the baby scoop.

(I did this without looking at your list to avoid being swayed)

1. Episode 5 - The Empire Strikes Back
2. Episode 6 - Return of the Jedi
3. Episode 4 - A New Hope
4. Episode 7 - Force Awakens
5. Episode 9 - Rise of Skywalker
6. Episode 8 - The Last Jedi
7. Episode 1 - Phantom Menace
8. Episode 3 - Revenge of the Sith
9. Episode 2 - Attack of the Clones

Though tbf I kind of rank Return of the Jedi and A New Hope the same, and similarly tied on Last Jedi and Phantom Menace.

I had to list the episode numbers because I forgot what half of them are called... I am obviously really bad at Star Wars.

I never said I can remember enough to rank them...

So the 9 films that revolved around Skywalkers?

What's worrying, is I can remember a whole lot less of the new ones than the crappy prequels. That is saying something.

Ah, that's why we're using speech marks sometimes.

I mean, it works either way.
