I think my entire ME1 method evolved (or maybe devolved) into a war of attrition. I will hold here with my squad whilst all the bad guys slowly throw themselves at us and die.

Until there's like one or two guys left who stubbornly refuse to leave their little areas so we have to move in to take them out.

That and polonium rounds, best ammo mod by a mile. I found it weird that all the ammo mods grade IX and X were downgrades on what you could get at level VII or VIII...

Everything else on my Shepard's loadout were combos of scanners and heatsinks. I experimented with some crazy combos for the rest of the squad. Wrex definitely ended up with a shotgun that was crazy powerful but overheated after like one shot.

Yeah, maybe, but you'd think someone who ends up loading out ME1 Shepard with a combat sensor on every weapon so that she keeps the radar would learn to use it at least enough to not get flanked... again.

Or, just maybe, button mashing is the best strategy. tongue

I'm kidding, I'm s**t at tactics in most areas of gaming. Even when I know I need to avoid getting flanked I still get flanked because I forget to check the bloody radar that shows enemy movement.

As previously stated I'm a kind of mashing all the buttons player in beat 'em ups.

Tactics? Who needs tactics?  big_smile

I have absolutely no idea, I've not played any of them. I think I played x-men vs street fighter once, in a pub, and promptly was not allowed to play again because button mashing apparently is not a legit tactic even when it means you win... repeatedly.

Basically whichever version/edition makes you happiest. tongue

I've found that I'll write the outline for a scene (or even the whole thing) to set the feel for a thing I have in my head so that I can come back to it when I have time. To get over feeling like I should be working on it I use the excuse that it's developing/percolating in my head whilst I do other stuff.
