"I hope you are right." Vector throws his pack over his shoulder and walks out of the room to Sara. "Are you alright? I was very worried about you last night."

Daan: Watch that he doesn't make us attack each other!

*Daan continues attacking Zorvon. He ducks under one swing and grabs the Kovasn's wrist, but can just barely hang on*

((Meanwhile))

*Onboard the Republic ship of Col. Norad, the crew is waiting impatiently, watching the Mandalorian fleet's confused movements*

Norad: They look confused and as if they no longer have a leader or even the will to fight. What in the world is going on?

*a blinding flash of light appears, and Yi'shar is on the bridge. No one knows where he came from or how he got there. The security guards rush in with drawn blasters*

Yi'shar: *holds up his hand* It's alright. I am a Jedi, and I am here to warn you. Your fleet is in great danger here. You need to move the fleet away from the planet.

Norad: Our orders are to keep the Mandalorians hemmed in here.

Yi'shar: The Mandalorian fleet is no longer any danger to us. They are disjointed and leaderless. But Revan is going to attack their home planet with a weapon of such power it will consume anything near it. You have to move the fleet back out of range.

Norad: How can this be? I haven't heard anything of the sort, about a weapon or an attack or anything.

Yi'shar: Revan has turned to the darkside. She is not out for victory now, her goal is to destroy the Mandalorians entirely. If the Republic fleet is destroyed as well, she does not care. The darkside has blinded her. For the safety of your men, you must move the fleet.

Yeah, Jest, that'd be tight!  B)

that's rough stuff.

yeah, it's too bad Vader/Anakin had to die. I mean, i know why they did it that way, and the story would not have been quite so dramatic at the end if he had lived, but it's still sad.

haha, nice grammer Hovoth. lol, love it.

Haven't played any of those games, so i couldn't say one way or the other. played Battlefront last night for a while, the first time in months, and that was fun. most of the time i can beat the other team almost single handed. the last level i played tho came down to literally two guys on my team and three guys on the other, chasing each other around the map. it was hilarious! went right down to the wire

"There is something about him that I don't trust" Vector says slowly. "It's more than just the fact that he used to be a Sith. He's unpredictable in many ways, and I'm afraid of what he will do. It's, .... it's something I can't put my finger on. Something dark and menacing in his eyes."

"I'm sorry, I don't mean to speak badly of your friend. But I'm worried about what he will do."

*Daan spins out of the saber lock and jumps back, landing near Atrian.*

Daan: Thanks for coming Atrian! although you could have gotten here a little sooner!

*Looks back at Zorvon.*

Daan: You are going down, Kovasn! Here you meet your end!

((Meanwhile))

Yi'shar: You will see the truth of my words soon Revan.

*with a blinding flash, Yi'shar is gone*

Vector shakes his head, trying to clear it and free himself from the voice. This is for Sara. I trust her, and she trusts Rane. I will keep my eye on him, but that is all, I will not be the one that divides us.

"Master?" Yi'shar looks at Vector quisically. "Is something wrong?"

"A ... disturbance in the force. But it is past. Think nothing of it. You should go get your things."

Yi'shar leaves and Vector finishes gathering the last of his gear. As he turns he sees Sara, standing in the doorway.

"Oh, I didn't realize you were there." Vector says quickly. after a pause, "I'm... i'm sorry that you had to see what went on just now. I felt very uncomfortable with Rane's decision, but I am glad that he checked with you before making it. That at least counts for something."

Meanwhile, Yi'shar was in his room, gathering his things. A battle raged within him as he tossed his clothes and remaining items into the case.

This Rane is not worth the blaster energy it would take to put a bolt between his eyes. He's Sith scum, and always will be. We should kill him before he kills us.

"Master is patient with him. I should learn from his example. He has such control, never letting his emotions carry him away."

He is blinded by his feelings for Sara! He won't kill Rane because he is Sara's friend. It will be only end in the death of us all, or worse!

"But he is older and wiser. He should know best."

He should but he isn't thinking clearly

"He doesn't trust Rane anymore than I do!"

And yet he allows him to remain here! His love for Sara has made him lose focus

"Is it love?"

Yi'shar stops and looks at the closed door, knowing that Vector and Sara stand on the other side. He wondered if Vector felt the same way for Sara as he had for the young woman in Rane's office. Then it came back to him again. Where had he seen her.... he knew he had met her somewhere else, but where.....

Daan: Die then, i've done with you!

*With a great effort Daan stops the remaining projectiles and turns them all hurtling back against Zorvan. He then leaps forward, the crystal saber in hand*

((Meanwhile))

*Yi'shar begins moving around the room, flashing in and out of sight, traveling so fast that he actually appears to be in several places at once. The light grows to a blinding, searing white*

Yi'shar: Then you will become your own enemy.

*the force of Yi'shar moving around the room so fast causes the ground and walls to shake, and cracks begin to form*

Yi'shar: Mark my words, Revan, you will achieve all that you seek, but at the cost of all that you love and hold dear. And in the end, you will hate all, including yourself.

sorry guys. back.....

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Vector studies Rane. He couldn't figure this man out. He gave them every assurance that he was no longer a Sith, and yet anger eminated from him like the heating core of a hyperdrive. At every turn he and Vector had crossed each other; neither was willing to give up the leadership of the group. He could sense the distain that Rane felt for him; it dripped from every sylable that left Rane's mouth. Well, if he wants to fight me for the top spot, he'll get more than he bargained for.

"Sara hardly qualifies as the whole team." Vector said coolly. "Although I trust her judgement, leaving myself and Yi'shar out of the decision was uncalled for. I trust it was just an oversight on your part. In the future do not make a decision of this great an importance without consulting me as well."

Yi'shar watched his master. He held such poise, such control. Yi'shar wondered how he could hold back an outburst at Rane's subtle insults.

Vector turned and walked back into the room, gathering his things. Yi'shar followed him.

"Master, how could you let him do a thing like that?"

Vector looked up at Yi'shar. "I want to work with Rane, for Sara's sake. If it had not been for her, we may have come to blows. But she is here, and she trusts Rane. And so I will not raise my hand against him unless I feel he has seriously endangered us."

"But we don't know a thing about these two that he's brought along"

Vector sighs. "Yi'shar, to raise my voice or hand against Rane would not have helped the situation. He is used to taking charge and doing things his own way; I can make allowances for him. If he continues to act in this way, I will have to confront him. But right now, it was not the right thing to do."

sorry, had a long weekend then got sick.......ick.

I gotta figure a way to get Yi'shar out of the way without killing either him or Revan.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Yi'shar remains standing, and the debris crashes against him. As it strikes his body, all the rocks turn to a cloud of blinding dust and shower to the ground behind him. As the dust clears, Yi'shar can be seen standing, the light still shining from him*

Yi'shar: You cannot claim to fight for good when you make an alliance with evil. If you choose to use this weapon of the enemy, you will become the enemy yourself. Revan, this is your path, you must choose. I have been forbidden from interferring; but know this, choosing this path will lead to only pain and death.

((Meanwhile))

Daan: Atrian! Here!

*Daan dodges the first of the fiery darts, then creates a shield with the crystal in front of him*

Daan: But what does this have to do with you, Kovasn? What claim does either side have on your allegiance?

Vector frowns. "That was uncalled for Rane. Yi'shar is still a padawan, but you are a former Jedi. You should be above such petty squabbles. But regarding these two new members, I wish you had consulted the rest of us before making such a decision. You joined us, and not at our request either. So you should have shown us the courtesy of talking to us before bringing in two more people that we don't know. But what's done is done. Where are they now?"

Yi'shar shifts uneasily as he feels the tension growing between Rane and his master.

jump in with my character Nur-Jii Daan and we'll tackle this Zorvan. He's an elite Mandalorian called a Kovasn who's basically untouchable, but he's going down! haha, just make sure that Starr is the one who decides when he gets hurt or killed or whatever since he's her character
