On a remote planet in the farthest reaches of the Galaxy, a great evil was plotting. At this point in time, no one knew of its existence. It had an evil plan in mind. It had a bone to pick with several people in Norris Ossus’s crew. One in particular was Bao-Dur. Another was Mandalore. This evil’s face watched blips on a map of the space around the planet. The light flickered on and off. It is revealed that it is the face of none other than Azreth Nylar, the evil counterpart of Norris Ossus. With him was Aurora Likon, the evil female counterpart of Revan. Azreth wore Dark Jedi Master robes, while Aurora wore something similar to Darth Revan’s robes. Azreth’s face had a multitude of faded scars and was gray as a sign of the Dak Side’s corruption within him. Aurora’s face looked like she was Jedi, but this was because she was immune to the Dark Side’s feature distortion powers. Azreth’s lightsabers were two: Both red. Aurora had a single red blade. They both sought some of the same things, but the one that stood above the rest was this: A complete and utter hatred of the counterparts.

Azreth and Aurora planned to defeat them by bringing them to have to deal with the deaths of their friends. Azreth was the brains behind the scheme, but Aurora filled in the details he had overlooked. They worked in unison on everything. Their plan was nearing completion. Now, the last step was to learn the location of their enemies. They had sent a droid scout for that mission. “I don’t understand!” Azreth complained. “It should have come back by now!” “Relax for now, Azreth. It will come.” Aurora said with an icy tone. As soon as she completed her sentence, the droid came back…with the information they wanted. “Telos? Why in hell would they be there?” Azreth asked impatiently. “They are visiting Carth Onasi. We shall pay them a visit.” Aurora answered with an evil look in her eyes. They boarded their ship and headed for Telos.

Meanwhile, on the planet in question, Ravenstrike sat at the end of the bed and stared into blank space. He was thinking of many things. One that stood out more than others was the fear of not finding love again. He shook these fears off for now and climbed back into bed. He was just about to fall asleep completely when there was a knock at the front door. He considered getting up to see who was there, but Carth was already on it. “Hey, you! How’ve you been?” he said, as if he knew whoever it was. “I’ve been pretty good, Carth. And you?” came the response of a female voice with whom Ravenstrike was not familiar with. “Where’s Zaalbar?” Carth asked the stranger. “Oh, he decided not to come. He said he was too nervous to meet everyone. Is Revan here?” Yes, he is. But, he’s asleep.” The female laughs. “And you weren’t?” “Actually,” Carth began, “I was in the living room contemplating about a recent encounter we had with someone.” Ravenstrike’s heart sank because he knew that the “someone” was him. He continued listening, however. “Really? Was it a big battle?” “Oh, you have no idea. One of our friends died, but then came back to life miraculously. Revan got hurt pretty bad, too, but he recovered fast.” “Oh, that sounds so sad and happy at the same time.” Carth laughs. “Heh, yeah. It was, actually. Then, the bad guy suddenly turned good and is on our side.”

“Can I meet him?” the stranger asked. “Not right now. He’s probably asleep.” The stranger yawned. “We have an extra room if you wanna spend the night here.” “I’d love to, Carth! I can’t wait to see everyone again!” “Well, not everyone is here. I’ll show you in the morning.” “Okay, Carth.” Then, Ravenstrike heard the sounds of doors open and shut, and the house was once again silent. He drifted to sleep. Almost everyone woke up at 6:30 the next day, except Revan, who slept five minutes more. Ravenstrike was awake when everyone else was awake, but decided to put something besides his bounty hunter suit on. He found, incredibly, one of his old Jedi robes that still fit and donned that. He grabbed some kind of beverage from his minifridge and went into the living room. “…and this is Norris Ossus, the Jedi Exile.” Carth was introducing Norris to the stranger. Ravenstrike advanced forward to see someone that made him stop in his tracks. The stranger, he saw, was a beautiful Twi’lek. “Hey there, sleepyhead!” Carth said jokingly to Ravenstrike, who looked in the least bit tired. “This is Mission Vao. She was one of my companions during my travels with Revan. Mission, this is Ravenstrike, the ‘bad guy’.” They shook each other’s hands and gave a quick smile. “Where’s Revan?” Mission asked. “He must still be asleep. Damn, he always slept heavily. Bastila, go wake him up!” Carth exclaimed. She went to go wake Revan up, and he came out thirty seconds later.

“Revan!” Mission shouted as she ran up to give him a hug. “Hey there, Mission! I haven’t seen you in forever! Where’s Zaalbar?” Revan replied and asked. “Oh, he’s too nervous to come in here. Says there’s too many people.” Mission responded. She then looks around, as if looking for someone. “Where’s Juhani and Jolee?” she asked. “They,” Revan said, “are at Coruscant, on the Jedi High Council.” “Ohhhh.” Mission said in a curious tone. There was a huge rumble that shook the house. Ravenstrike was the first out the door. He saw a ship that had landed a few hundred feet away. He sensed the Dark Side strongly in that ship. They all watched as two figures came towards them. When Ravenstrike saw their faces, HIS face drained of color. He knew who they were. “It’s…It’s…” he said hesitantly. “Who the hell is it?” Mandalore asked. “It’s Revan and Norris.” Azreth Nylar let out a big laugh. “He is correct!” the Sith Lord said arrogantly. Aurora smiled and said, “Revan. Such an honor to meet my counterpart.” Arden Slyk looked at Aurora and said, “You have got to be joking!”

“We challenge our counterparts to a lightsaber duel. No one else!” Azreth announced. “Bring it on!” Arden boasted as he stepped forward, igniting his blue saber. Norris stepped forward and ignited her twin cyan sabers. Azreth ignited his twin red sabers. Aurora stepped forward to Arden and ignited her red saber. Then, the battle ensued. Sabers twirled furiously in the air like the fighters that would be seen performing tricks in airshows on Dantooine. Blow after blow after blow was matched with the other person’s lightsaber. The battle was ferocious, and lasted for at least ten minutes before something interesting happened. Azreth, as a show of his power, used Force Crush on a huge boulder and then used Force Wave to send the shards and fragments flying. They headed straight for Mission. Ravesntrike, without thinking twice, jumped in front of them, allowing them to hit him instead. There’s no way I’ll let them kill the one I love…, he thought to himself. He dropped to the floor, bloody and full of puncture wounds. Mission got on her knees and went to his side. She asked him, “Why did you do that?” He responded weakly, “Because…I won’t let them hurt the people I love, and I love you.” Mission was touched. “You know,” she started to tell him, “I like you. A lot. Is that the same way you feel about me?” He nodded weakly. “Yes. Yes, it is.” Mission smiled and began crying both tears of sadness and good feeling.

The battle raged on for five more minutes before the first counterpart was down: Aurora had let her guard down, and was injured badly. This distracted Azreth, who despaired over the thought of having the onehe had bonded with taken from him. This distracted him long enough to get his guard down as well, and he was stabbed in the chest with both of Norris’s sabers. He fell to the ground, in pain. He crawled slowly to Aurora, who looked at him with tears in her eyes. “You have sustained more damage than me, Azreth.” she said. “I…I do not care…” he responded. “I love you, and I will stay with you until my final breath escapes my body.” Aurora looked at him, not knowing what to say. They shared a long kiss, after which Azreth died, leaving Aurora alone. She died a few minutes later. Ravenstrike, feeling bad, reached for them weakly. The same yellow, pulsing light that appeared when he restored Mical’s life flowed from his hand. It appeared to reanimate them, to restore their life. He could no longer feel the taint of the Dark Side on them. He smiled weakly as they walked away together onto the ship they came in and left. He then passed out. Mission was still by his side, hoping for the best. Norris approached them with Atton by her side. She proceeded to restore his life. He woke up, and looked at Mission and smiled. She smiled back and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Atton pulled Norris aside from the group. “Norris, I’ve been thinking about this for a while. I’m finally gonna ask you. Will you marry me?” She was in shock–the good kind. “YES!” she squealed in delight and they shared a long kiss. A shriek also came from Bastila, whom Arden pulled aside, too. The two couple shared the good news with everyone else. There was a big party that night. A lot of wine was brought in, although the only ones to get drunk were Mandalore and Carth. Ravenstrike and Mission announced that they were now officially a couple. Things seemed to end happily.

On a far away planet, the true enemy watched this festivity through the Force. It observed the mannerisms of its opponents. Its breathing was mechanicalized, as if wearing a mask. The light shines on it, and a stripe-like mark can be seen on the top of its head…

Azreth and Aurora are kinda weird, they like made out, like they were brother and sister. I didn’t really get that part.

  4. Nihilus says:

Darth Shiin, listen up: They’re not bro/sis. They were allies, but the connection grew deeper than that. Nothing family-related. Are Revan and the Exile related?

  5. Darth Shiin says:

    Um… I can make them.

But, no. Your character in Revans Shadow is Revans sister.
