fan fiction scrollKotor 3, Part 3. Into the Desert

 Star Wars

Authors note: Merry Christmas!!! And this part has violence involving the sand people, so be on the look out. HO HO HO!!!

You carry Zii out into the 110 degrees noon desert. You shiver as you think about what happened last time you were on this desert planet. The droids are trailing behind you. The Ebon Hawk is severly damaged in several important parts. Zii says them as you record them onto your datapad. Engine fuse, 4 window parts, 1 ship steering wheel, and a droid that can run a diagnostic on the ship. “Beee-boop-twee-roo!” came T3s’ response. “What did he say?” Zii says with a confused look on his face. “He said that he can run a diagnostic on the ship.” “Oh, well, I mean… You just haven’t done anything useful in the past five months is all I’m saying.” You know that isn’t true. T3 has done everything a droid can do in the past 5 months to help. “HK-47,” “Loyal Response: Yes Master?” “can you manage looking after Zii while I’m gone out looking for parts?” “Answer: Of course master!!!” The reason you let Hk-47 look after Zii is that they have become good friends in the past 5 months. “Bee-boo-twee-brrr?” “I want you to come with me!” you say. “Bee-dwee-grr…” T3 responds disappointedly. You guess that he wanted a chance to “Bond” with Zii. But you weren’t going to risk going into Anchorhead alone. “Be careful…” Zii says softly. “I will.” you say sadly. You don’t want to leave Zii behind but he’s way too injured to travel into the desert. As you turn your back to start walking into the desert you say to yourself, “Don’t look back, just don’t look back.” You look back. There’s Zii lying there, helpless, crippled, and tears coming down his eyes. “Don’t think like that!” you say to yourself. But you can’t help but letting tears run down your eyes as well. “Bee-boo.” T3 beeps sadly. You’ve walked for about a mile and the first twin sun touches the horizon, leaving you with only on shadow. All you have to defend yourself is T3 and a vibroblade. “Ayah ooh kaa!!!” You look behind yourself, Sand People! “Damn It!” you mutter under your breath. The sand people are only one meter away from you. As you look at the sand people, you see only three of them. T3 starts blasting at them. One of them staggers back a bit after being hit by T3 and you run with your vibroblade in your hand. You then unleash a series of flurry, critical strikes, and a power attack. Your first victim falls to the ground, never to call a battle cry again. As you steal a glance at the ground you notice another sand person is lying on the ground, “T3 must have taken care of that one.” you think to yourself. The third sand person comes running up to you, and the sand person comes running to the wrong place at the wrong time. As T3-M4 repairs himself with a repair kit, you can’t help but to think back to that dream. Darth Talion had sent her apprentice to kill a certain person. You can’t shake the feeling of that she had sent him to kill you. “But I’ve never had anything to do with the Jedi, except that one time many years ago.” you think to yourself. “But maybe I should seek them out, maybe they will reconsider me.” You push those thoughts to the back of your mind. You need to focus on the now, not the never. The last twin sun has disappeared under the horizon. You decide to stop here for the night, making a small camp. One tent for you and T3 to share. T3 shuts himself down and you lie down and eventually drift off into a deep sleep…

Vision/Dream: Darth Talion was pacing around in her magnificent chamber. She hadn’t gotten any news from Darth Shiin about the Force Sensitive. Darth Talion felt nervous, there was plenty of force sensitives and Jedis in the galaxy but for some weird reason, this case was important. She sensed that this one might actually make a difference in the galaxy and the war. But not in Darth Talions’ favor. If the Sith win this never ending war, it will only be because this obstacle is terminated. Darth Talion sent her apprentice for two reasons: One, the force sensitive would only bring peace to the galaxy. Peace is a lie there is only passion. Two, this was a test in Darth Shiins’ power. If Darth Shiin didn’t succeed, Darth Talion would destroy both her apprentice and the Force Sensitive. There was only one thing that made a smile come to her face. The Force Sensitive was a Force Sensitive, not a Jedi.

The part where Zii says, “I, well, I mean you haven’t done anything useful in the 5 months.” Well, I forgot to mention Zii saying, “Oh well I’m glad that he can do something usefull.” And then T3 says, “Bee-boo-twee!” And then Zii says “You haven’t done anything useful in the past 5 months.”
