Kotor 3: Reign of the force
Reign is a good word, but I'm not sure if of the force is a good choice to have at the end. It makes it sound like the force is more powerful now than it was at some other time.

I've heard that one manytimes before.
Maybe even if this is cheasy i like it " The untamed force" something like that.
Hmmm, I've seen a few relatively good rsuggestions for the new title. Though I think most of these newer ones are a bit too terminating. I'd wager if they do produce it, its title will reflect something more... hopeful. Like, "Redemption", or something of the sort.

I think it should be called Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3: The Hunt for Revan.
no because like i said, you'd have to make a fourth one.
No it would not because when you leave Malacor V you start the search for Darth Revan. It would KOTOR 3 the last of the triliogy and it would depend on what side that you choice on how the game would end.
