It depends on if you've been shot before or not... and where you are shot at.
Shots to the lower leg and lower arm tend to hurt less than a shot to the shoulder, thigh, knees, and so on.
But being shot isn't all that bad (well not as bad as the movies make it and not as easy either). Soilders are used to it by the time they're sent out.

How many times have you been shot?
I'd have to check the med log... but I'd say about 20-30 times. Some more serious than others, like the recent shot in the leg and the shot in the shoulder.
