Anyway, We Serbs don't consider ourselves as a part of European Union. The EU is breaking apart. Many countries want out of it. Even the Great Britain. So no, EU cannot take care of themselves, you're right there. But America cannot be the strongest country in the world forever. Russia is recovering, and China is not too far behind.
