If you actually watched the movie, you would know that Palpatine wasn't "deafeated" by Mace Windu but was posing that so anakin could save him and his journey down the dark path would be complete.

I would have to say that given the ultimate goal of the Sith Order, (crushing the Jedi, and ruling the galaxy), and that through all the milennia of history, only Palpatine was strong/skilled/powerful enough to accompish these goals, I have to throw my vote towards him.

Granted his rule was a short one, but he still succeeded where no other Sith had, and that has to count for something.

I say Revan... Come on, she's the evil Sith Lord that started the Jedi Civil War; lead a whole lot of Jedi to the dark side; destroyed an entire planet(even though I don't think anyone minded Malachor being destroyed), and made a whole armada out of an ancient machine.

Canon Revan is a man... Revan was inteded to be male or female in the game.

All of the history is written with Revan as male but that doesn't mean anything. I don't say anything when I hear people talking about Male Exile, even though he is really a she in canon.  big_smile
