Chuck Norris: Hey Spartan!!!!
(Spartan turns around and takes a round house kick to the head from Chuck Norris)
Nice. What kinda stuff do you work on?
ahhh yes "Spartan expires " god i missed that
That is why I brought that back.
Haha, yeah, gotta love Spartan expiring.
Yeah and love Chuck Norris kicking his ass all the time.
Fear of spiders is aracnaphobia, fear of tight spaces is chlaustraphobia, fear of Chuck Norris is called Logic
Very nice.
For some reason logic reminds me of sanity and sanity reminds me of a quote so I'm just gonna throw something random out here for everyone... just for the heck of it.
"Sanity? I don't remember having such a worthless thing to begin with!"
YAY! I love this quote.
That's bad for health xD I mean, not having sanity
Is it really? Without sanity you don't really worry about stuff like dying. And I've always heard it said that the soldier on the field who recklessly rushes in lives to see another day, while the one who hesitates and cringes at the thought of dying is the first to go.
So I think no sanity works for me.
Well, I'm no soldier. So I'll stay sane for few more years
I don't care if I die in 5 mins, I laugh when people get hurt, I think about killing people in different ways all the time and I turn off me emotions like you turn off a light switch. So you can say that I am the perfect soldier or killing machine.
(salutes)
Being unafraid to die and being able to kill people without it weighing on your conscious are two different things. Almost every soldier kills or will have to kill. It's part of being a soldier. But that doesn't mean we enjoy it. Even us hardcore ones. Sometimes you make a mistake... and it haunts you forever.
You see faces in your sleep, hear screams and the sound of gunfire. You look down at your hands to find them covered in blood and no matter how hard you try the blood never goes away. It's not something that is easy to live with. It gets most of us eventually...
That maybe true for most everyone but for my uncle that will never happen because he served in Desert Storm and was discharged from the army because he liked killing to much.
I had a friend who served in Desert Storm. He was a POW for about two weeks. You can't wake him up like normal people. I learned the hard way. He almost killed me. I usually get a stick and poke him... which makes him wake up laughing. Its certainly better than with his hand around my throat.
My other uncle is like that because he was in V. Nam and his job was a tunnel rat. After 3 tours of duty and all that time he was in tunnels looking for the enemy and all he has was a flash light and a knife he is really messed up. He would just go off into a flashback and go into the woods for about 2 to 3 days. If you go in after him then you would not come out because he would kill you so the best thing is to let him snap out of it and return on his own.
Remind me not to join the army.
My Dad served in 'Nam. He has nightmares sometimes but they're not as bad as they used to be. He says it's because he asked God to forgive him for the lives he had taken and he feels at peace about that.
And the army ain't so bad George. You just got to know how to handle it. Not everyone is meant for it.
