It adds to the gaming experience to be honest Honey. To add to what Morrow said, The maps in BF3 on consoles are over contrasted for the PC, because the game was made for PC to begin with.

well if it was made for PC to begin with then it probably shouldnt be a console game (obvi). but games that were made for consoles (the vast majority of them are) are clearly better than the ones for PC

Its all personal opinion really but in my opinion PC's get a better range of games. Pretty much every game type you can think of is on PC. That cant be said for consoles I'm afaid. For example MMORPG's have been tried and do not work on consoles, So MMO's are rarely released on consoles. RTS's are always better on PC.

But then consoles also have better types of games for example sports games like Fifa I love the console versions and would never buy a football game for my PC only for console. There are a lot of good normal RPG games for consoles but the PC versions are exactly the same, Just on a different platform.

For me it all depends on what game it is exactly. Some games PC does better and some Consoles do better. Dont be so close minded  big_smile

Jabrium at least make your first post one that contributes to the forum. You have a lot to learn about blogging

you cant play PC games on 80 inch LED televisions in Dolby 5.1 Digital Surround Sound to where every moment of Call of Duty, Mass Effect and even Star Wars is an orgasm.

You can actually.

All new TV's can be connected to PC's, Either VGA or HDMI depending on your graphics card. I currently use a 54 inch TV as a second monitor.

This debate is a pointless one guys, some people prefer PC games some prefer Console games, I like both and thats because both have benefits and exclusives that the other does not.

Since CoD is crap on both platforms its hard to really give an example but BF3 for example is better on PC because the maps are bigger and the players per match are bigger.

Problem mainly with PC's is that most of the time you need to update your PC to play the newer games and this is the reason why a lot of people prefer consoles.

If it really comes out Dec. 20 then that is great because I have been waiting to play this since I first heard of it. Also they will make a great amount of money too because of it being 5 days until Christmas.

Its even better for me since its my birthday!!  big_smile

The endings where kinda your usual Bioware endings. which are always great! I can just about remember them. Its been a long time since I played Jade empire. Might have to have put the disk in my 360 big_smile

Another great game that Bioware made for the org. xbox is Jade Empire, I love that game and still play it til this day.

Yeah I have Jade empire. I really liked the combat system in that game and of cause being a Bioware game it had a kickass story.

I agree and SWTOR is going to be epic because I have watched ever trailer that I have found on this game and it makes me want to play it more and more each time.

I honestly think this game is going to be huge. I have been following it for a few years now and also have watched just about every video they have released.

The Warzone trailers looked awesome. And I swear I have seen a video of a group PvPing on Tatooine in the open. Even if the PvP is limited I am still going to really enjoy the game.

Gears 3 will be fun, I kinda regret not trying the Beta for it a while back.

Just wondering when they release Swtor what I will be doing since I cant wait for Battlefield 3, Elder Scrolls: Skyrim and maybe MW3 lol

And all those games are out about the time I think Swtor will be out.

There are a lot of good games coming out at the end of this year. And ME3 in march 2012. Its going to be a hard decision on which one to play.

I better book some time off lol

Don't believe I have.

lol They really do sometimes. But that's what great about games like that. You really get connected to it that way.

Yeah they really do. ME is awesome for creating a connection between the player and his crew members.

The fact that Bioware are the creators of Swtor makes it that much sweeter for me. I think I own just about every Bioware game on Xbox and PC  big_smile

In ME 1 and 2 I was good and got the girl lol so whats the issue haha.

Well that is true but I hope they keep the fans inmind and don't turn it into a wow game because this is SWTOR not wow.

I am with you on that. I hate WoW and I have never even played it haha!

I also want to enjoy the story and PvE but I just feel that I need good PvP in a online game to keep me playing.

Like I said earlier I love the rush from suprising other players or being suprised by other players.

I am pretty sure that you will not be able to loot anything from players you kill since that would cause rage quits! lol  big_smile

But if they had like a PvP point system inplace. Like other games have. You get PvP points for killing other players and those points are currency for certain PvP items or titles from PvP vendors.

I read somewhere that you can get PvP armours and other stuff from PvPing in the warzones. I would like to see this opened up to open world PvP.

Some planets in Star Wars are just plain dangerous and I would like to see some planets in Swtor open for both Empire and Republic to attack each other. Even certain areas would do. And have strong NPC guards in some place to cut down grief.

I am sure they are going with the PvE/PvP servers anyway. I am just not sure how well this works. If you can log onto PvP and PvE servers on the same character that would be great for everyone.

I love PvP and its the only thing that worries me about Swtor. I know I will play it and enjoy the story and PvE but after that and during I need some PvP  lol

I am certain I am right in saying that Swtor is going to have PvP and Roleplaying servers. I will be on a PvP server  big_smile

I personally love PvP in mmorpgs. I enjoy PvE also. I would like to see real open world PvP in Swtor since I love the rush of ganking or wondering if I am about to get attacked.

Of cause I do believe that there should only be certain planets and areas where this can happen.

Whats your guys view on PvP in Swtor?

Also cant wait for ME3

Now I am hearing they are having more BETA testing in September. And inviting more people than ever before.

Like you say everything in the gaming world needs to be taking at face value
