For me taris was the worse...You couldn't do a lot there and it took an awful lot of time to get out from there (compared to other planets)...
Btw, I beat this game 7 times...I was thinking of playing it again...

This is the solution
1. Turn center counterclockwise.
2. Turn left counterclockwise.
3. Turn right clockwise.But you should do it on yourself, that makes the game much nicer, and it makes you proud because you've done it

It's probably a bug or something like it, because you need T3-M4 to enter the sith military base...
And about the second question give me more info about it, because there wasn't only one datapad on Korriban...
