Not even close. Except for being and RPG and having only one playable character they have almost nothing in common.
But I have played Two Worlds II and it's a decent enough game.

I think for Witcher 1 and 2 was level 35 and in Witcher 3 is level 50.

And in Witcher 3 you get more than enough interaction to be emotionally involved in a story. I even cried during one scene.

Here in Witcher 3 you have a horse to give you problems. Don't worry about that big_smile

Yes, there is an abundance of characters you meet. There are romance options. And you even have allies who help you from time to time.
And believe me most of the characters are memorable. There are a few "romantic" scenes so this game is M rated. Just so you know. smile

It's just that you don't have party members like Dragon Age.

Yes I've played KoA and i felt disappointed in the end. Characters felt shallow.

And here's a gameplay trailer if anyone is interested:

It's not like dragon age. You are a Witcher, you go alone to hunt monsters.
As for classes. They are not classes really more like 3 different trees for developing your character: Alchemist, Mage and Swordmaster.

You can start from the third one, the story is great. But you may find difficult to understand some character relations. Still I wouldn't know. Since I played both games and even read the books. The game rewards that with little details that you otherwise may overlook.

But anyway I would recommend that you at least play the second game (the first one has a boring combat system but a little better story than the second) And the third one blows away both games in all compartments.

Yeah I know. But the story is so awesome you won't mind that. At least I didn't.

Better story, better quests, a lot better side quests, and you actually need a horse in this game. In Dragon Age i almost never used it. Graphics are better, the map is bigger and exploration is not as dull as in DA:I.

Some people may not like that you cannot customize your character (apart from his armor and hair) but It didn't bother me cause Geralt (main character) is awesome.

Overall I think Witcher III is GOTY.
