Probably something by Revan.
Haha, poor kid. He did think he was trying...
That's true, but with 300 I think it actually worked, partly because it wasn't based on history but actually a comic book, and partly because it was obviously a stylistic work not a realistic work. There was plenty of stupid stuff in it too (LOTS of slow-mo) and the history got pretty screwed, but the whole thing was supposed to be artistic (lighting, backgrounds, costumes, action, characters, settings, etc.). Whereas Three Musketeers couldn't decide if it wanted to be a period piece or a stylistic/artistic piece. And the dialogue was crap. I mean, there is no comparison of Athos saying "It was 4 against 40. It was an off day" to any of the Spartans lines ("Tonight we dine in hell", "Then we will fight in the shade", or the ever epic "This IS SPARTA!"). I think Three Musketeers was trying to be too many things at once and just failed. Movies like 300 or the 93 Three Musketeers knew what kind of movie they wanted to be and that's why they were entertaining. Not perfect or maybe even great, but at least entertaining.
I didn't see that one, but I don't doubt that you're right.
I really thought it could have been way better. I wasn't expecting it to stay true to the book at all (I mean, it had airships in it ), but I was at least hoping it would be funny. It was terrible. I don't even know if it fell into the "so bad it's good" category. It was right down there with "Twilight: Breaking Dawn" it was so bad.
wait--which one?
The new one with Logan Lerman as D'Artagnan. It was just a bad rehash of the '93 version in my opinion.
Yup *cough, cough, The Three Musketeers*
HAHAHAHAHA I have to say when I logged in and saw the last comment was by "Starr's Sexi Boytoy" I just had to find out who got that title! Lol Hilarious!
Well, I meant the basic lead part notes and stuff.
I think it's funny how the game companies will let a game be developed and then get to the end and be like, "OK, time's up. Just crap this thing out so we can get our money. The fans will buy it if it has an awesome trailer." Sad.
I don't think it changed much from the original theme either.
About 2 hrs and 15-20 mins.
It's definitely worth a look.
I wonder how much of that was Bioware's fault and how much was EA's fault.
Nice, sounds cool, I'd like to see it.
too much to type. but the mass relays blowing up? joker getting stranded on some random planet? when mass relays blow up, they destroy entire star systems. so no one should even be alive. thats why it was gumpy. they need to re do it
Yeah I've been hearing 90% of the players hate this ending. In fact the game makers are actually going to re make it...http://www.chron.com/business/article/M … 435984.php
Now why can't Lucasarts do that with Kotor II?!
well i mean its the London Philharmonic Orchestra. of course its gonna be legit. this isnt even fair compared to even mass effect. only thing that compares to this is star wars.
They did that game as well...
