I think it's interesting that Yoda said he was 900 in Return of the Jedi, but that he had trained Jedi for 800 years in Empire. So he waited a century before training his first padawan?
His last apprentice must have been some real trouble, that would explain his 100 year lay over between apprentices.

Great to hear from you again. Things have been slow hear, only have time to make sure that everything is all right on the site, but hope to come back to frequent posting. Jester has not been on for sometime, but i've talked to him, and expresses his regret that he cant be on. He is doing humanitarian things as well traveling.
