It was never confirmed that Luke used Force Choke. It is assumed, though it looks like it. Maybe he was just putting the gamorrean to sleep. There are force powers like that. Though Luke was a Jedi Knight, he strayed between dark and light, without ever using defining Jedi or Sith Powers. Then later after the Empire was over thrown he created the Jedi Order in his own image.
You know...Spite everybodys dislikes about DA2, and a lot of the internet's hate for DA2. I loved the game, I thought it was another great Bioware game, just like KOTOR II. Even though Sith Lords was unfinished, I thought it was an amazing game.

I agree to a degree. I think Grey Jedi open themselves up to both sides of the Force. Less do to with politics and drama of the Jedi, but nothing to do the the morals of the Sith.

It's very annoying that they're building it up this much. If it fails to impress I will be sorely disappointed. But from what I've seen it should be amazing.
