They'd actually be very, very stupid to do a game based during the Civil War. There is plenty of racial tension in this country as it is without some major game developer opening up old wounds and revealing how the entire bloody struggle unfolded.
The Revolutionary War was one of the greatest moments in our history... when we struggled against all odds and, by the grace of God Himself, prevailed. Don't sully it by bringing to light a war which should have never had to taken place.

A Muslim... I honestly think that everyone is entitled to their opinion but you are an American the last time I checked right Jester? And you do realize that the al-Qaeda (which is simply the extremist branch of the Muslim religion) is responsible for such events as 911 right?
Now before anyone starts criticizing, I do not blame all Muslims for the attacks on America. I blame al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda, however, does draw its origins from Muslim beliefs... they just take it to the extreme. I do not think America should drop an A-bomb on any country like we did to Japan in WWII. You cannot punish the majority for the actions of the minority.
We should just hunt down all the sneaky bastards that think they can attack us and get away with it. I personally volunteer for the man hunt. It would actually be one of the very few things which could get me to possibly resign into the Marines...
