OK, I was really bored and decided to write this. For thsoe of you who liked the preview, chapters I and II of ‘Redemption’ . . . sorry, but i’ve put that on hold for a while. (I’m stuck.) But, anyways, enjoy this! I have no idea how many parts there will be sooooo . . .

When the Jedi Exile, Sashé Félon, opened the door to the Jedi Archives in the Enclave on Dantooine, a tall man with blonde hair stood and bowed.
“Thanks for the polite bow. You must be quite a gentleman,” Sashé said, very surprised. “Who are you?”
“I am Mical Dorati, a historian and scientist for the Republic, though my peer would judge me more a historian than scientist.”
“What are you doing here?”
“Searching for the Jedi and trying to recover any of the artifacts left.”
“Left?”
“The Enclave has been looted by the salvagers and mercenaries that have flocked to Dantooine after the Wars ended. Why have you come? To salvage what hasn’t been found?”
“No. I’m searching for Jedi.”
“Well, the bounty would compensate for not finding much, I suppose-”
“No, that’s not it at all. I’m a Jedi myself. The Sith are back in the galaxy and I need their help to stop them.”
“The Sith?”
“You don’t believe me?”
“No, I believe you. I just find such subtleties among the Sith to be . . . odd.”
“Trust me, they’re out there. They’ve been hounding me since I escaped Peragus.” She turned to leave. “Well, I think I’d better be going.”
“Before you go, would you answer a question?”
“Of course, what is it?”
“I came here in search of the Jedi, as have you. I believe our goals to be compatible. May I join you?”
“Of course. We’d be glad to have you join us.”
“We? Us?”
“My companions and myself.”
“Who are they?”
“An elderly woman, a Miraluka, a bounty-hunter, a former miner from Peragus II, a Zabrak tech, and a Mandalorian. And my astromech droid.”
“Quite a crowd.”
“Well, they want to help me stop the Sith, so I welcome their company. Some more than others,” she added under her breath.
As Sashé and Mical walked through the cleared corridors of the Enclave, Mical’s blue eyes did not leave Sashé’s face.
“Mical? Something wrong?”
“What? No, nothing’s wrong.”
“Oh. You looked a little . . . preoccupied for a minute.”
Suddenly, they heard a pounding noise came from one of the sealed doors.
“Hey! Is anyone out there? Help! Laigreks are everywhere!” Sashé slapped her forehead.
“Are you Jorran?” she called.
“Y- yes, I am.”
“Can you open the door?”
“Are there any laigreks around?”
“No, all the laigreks in this area are dead.”
“You must be fierce with a blaster then. Gimme a minute, I sort of jammed the door a bit. Just don’t leave!”
A moment later, the door slid open and an older man with graying hair ran out.
“Thanks for saving me. I thought those laigreks had me for sure.”
“Before you go, what were you doing down here?”
“It’s all Taepalae’s fault! She said that we could find rare salvage and get our tickets off this rock. But before we could make any real progress, the darned laigreks swarmed everywhere! Next thing I knew, Taepalae and her gang were gone and I jammed the door behind me. I didn’t think I’d survive.”
“Did you find anything?” Sashé asked.
“No, no I didn’t.”
“Hey, I just saved your life. I figure that’s worth some honesty.”
“Well, I guess you’re right. I found a crystal and some parts, for a lightsaber I guess, I don’t know. But I nearly died getting this; you won’t have it!”
“I could pay you for what you found.”
“Hey, I didn’t think of that! I’ll give you everything for 1,300 credits.”
“Can I see it first?”
“No. Maybe you’ll make out good, maybe I’ll make out good. No refunds though.”
“Can you at least tell me what color the crystal is?”
“No.”
“Fine, here’s the credits.” Jorran laughed.
“Pleasure doing business with you! If you want to talk more I’ll be at the salvager camp.” Without any warning, he turned and ran out.
“That was very kind of you; setting him free,” Mical said.
“He shouldn’t have died that way; I sense he’s a good man at heart.”
“May I comment?”
“Honestly, you can stop asking for permission to speak your mind.”
“I have found your presence to be . . . inspiring. You embody the Jedi Code beautifully.” Sashé cocked her head and scrutinized him.
“You look familiar. Have we met before?”
“I imagine that in your travels, faces tend to blur together.”
“I see.”
“Where are we going?” Mical asked as Sashé meandered across the Khoonda plains.
“Khoonda. I need to speak to Administrator Adare.”
“About what?” Sashé stopped, looked around and then turned to Mical.
“Answer a question first. Do you hate the Jedi?”
“Hate? No, I do not hate them. They just raise questions that are very hard to answer.”
“Well, I’m looking for Master Vrook. The Administrator said that he went down there, but I didn’t see him. Did you?”
“No. Not unless he looks like a salvager.”
“I can assure you he doesn’t. The schutta would die before looking so lowly.”
“Schutta? I thought you said that you didn’t hate Jedi.”
“I don’t. But Vrook was never a favorite of mine, nor was I a favorite of his.”
“I see.”
“Once I report to her, I’m going to the Crystal Caves. You can stay at Khoonda if you wish.”
“The kinrath caves? I can’t allow you to go there alone.”
“Fine, but I can handle myself.”
“I’m sure you can. Your muscle tone looks good, I can tell your response time is excellent and you have the same vitality and glow about you no matter the circumstances.” Sashé blinked in surprise.
“Thanks, that’s . . . that’s an extensive assessment.”
“I’ve had training in the medical arts and decided that since we’d be traveling together, I might as well make sure you’re alright.”
“Well, I could’ve told you that. I feel more in touch with the Force than I’ve ever been.”
“It shows.”
“Are you sure I don’t know you?”
“I can see there is no fooling you. I am sorry for not being completely honest about my past before. I met you briefly at the Enclave many years ago. I knew that if I were ever to have a Master, it would be you. However, when the Wars began, you left, under Revan’s banner. At that moment, the path of a Jedi was denied to me.”
“So you turned away from the Force, away from the Jedi because of me?”
“It is possible to forget the Force.”
“I didn’t realize that my leaving for the Wars had such a . . . dramatic impact of your future. I apologize.”
“Do not. I am not worthy.”
“I could train you to feel the Force again,” Sashé offered.
“Now is not the time, if there is ever a time.”
“Are you sure?”
“At least for now, yes. That is my decision.”
“Suit yourself.”
